‘Bhai Kanhaiya Humanitarian Aid is a non-profit charity set up to provide humanitarian support to the needy and disadvantaged in Panjab and the UK. Our sole principle is to spread the word of humanity through our work taking inspiration from ‘Bhai Kanhaiya’ a Sikh saint-soldier who would recognise the whole human race as one.

We provide support to victims of human rights, domestic, marital, sexual, caste, forced labour, human trafficking, honour violence/killing, child and animal abuse’.

As an organisation our mission is to help the economy and environment of Panjab (North West India) through ecology and educational projects to benefit future generations of Panjab’s people. Appeal for Family in need of Emergency House Repair

We are currently fundraising for emergency property repairs/refurbishment for a poor family in Panjab, India. The family’s current property has been damaged over the years and they have no kitchen or toilet facilities. Due to rainfall their property grounds have been vulnerable to flooding which they are then forced to seek shelter with neighbours.

We would hugely appreciate if anyone would like to contribute to this appeal, as we are desperately trying to help them by improving their living conditions. Please do so by donating and using the reference ‘Building case’ in the transfer.

 

 

Sandeep Singh – Victim of road traffic collision

The team at Bhai Kanhaiya Humanitarian Aid have been supporting the parents of Sandeep Singh who was the victim of a road traffic collision that occurred in Hounslow, London late last year in November 2020.

As he was crossing the road he was struck by a vehicle and has been left with a severe brain injury from the incident leading him to be taken into intensive care at a nearby Hospital. He has been and remains in an unconscious state unable to speak, move, eat and acknowledge anyone.
